WEEK 1 Activity FYP1

Supervisor Election for FYP1

I prepared a couple idea before approaching any supervisor from electronic and electrical section. Most of them that I getting knows is from thus section and they will be my target to help me to complete the fyp proposal idea project for phase 1.

I'm on my plan looking for lecturers in the first week who are still available to be the FYP supervisor.
before messaging them, I already list up all the lecturer that I known and try to confront them one by one through whatsapp dm for easier process. Most of them already got a their own idea for the project. I'm kind a stuck but recover it by doing research first on the fastest resource that I can get which is the Internet platform.

One of them is Dr. Zaki Ayob. I'm sending Dr. Zaki Ayob a message and then
asking him to be my final year project supervisor. He then suggested a couple of project that he thinking that will be good for me and we have a short discussion on it.
 
For this supervisor election, all student already informed of every lecturer had their own limit on the student which is 4 to 5. Then, I have made a decision and choose Dr. Zaki Ayob as my supervisor, who is one of the Electronics Technology section lecturers, to be my Supervisor because other students have fully booked under the Electrical Technology section.

20 years of experience in hardware and software implementation at the HND, Diploma and Degree levels in Final Year Project Management. His expert in electronic will help me a lot to complete my project.

 Project Title Defense Day Every FYP1 student need to refer and check the slot of presentation and  advisor  on the MS team. I already checked my slot which is on 3pm on 14 October 2020. I have prepared all the slide and check it with my supervisor. I make a confirmation on my video is around 10 minutes and not more than that to meet their requirement to avoid another problem. My advisor that I got is , Dr. Ahmad Zaki and Dr. Ziany. They both very detail on the project. Thanks for them for the comment so that I correct my error on the slide and make it better.

WEEK 12 Activity FYP1

 Preparation for Title Defense 1. Slide presentation ( using a power point) consist of.. - project title (author, supervisor) - slide content , chapter 1-3 (Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology) - problem statement - objective - scope of study/ project limitation - research point/ data - problem research based on statistic etc. table, graph - minimum of 3 literature review related of our project - methodology   program block and actual component - explanation of flow chart 2. Record a video (using a MS team) - duration must be minimum of 5 minutes and maximum of 10 minutes. - formal attire for a video presentation

Proposal Report Chapter 1 Start to complete chapter 1 which is for Introduction that consist of:- CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background of the Project  - explaining what basically this project is up to.
